Front Office Coordinator

Marlys has many years of experience in all aspects of the front office and can also assist our patients with many of their insurance and financial needs. She is caring, kind, and courteous, always looking for a new way to make our patients feel as comfortable as possible. Marlys has two children, Jenny and Ryan, and three wonderful grandchildren. She enjoys walking, biking, listening to music, and spending time with her family and friends. Whatever she’s doing, Marlys is always smiling!

Treatment Coordinator

Judy has worked on our team for over 30 years. She transitioned from being a dental assistant to office manager and now helps to make sure our office runs smoothly from day to day. Judy’s warm and inviting personality instantly puts patients at ease, and she loves working with them one-on-one to make sure all their needs are met. Judy and her husband, Steve, have two daughters, Angela and Heather, and six grandchildren. Bullet, their black lab, keeps them company at home. In her free time, Judy enjoys boxing, running, yoga, and reading.

Katherine has been with us since 1997. She enjoys meeting our patients to explain their treatment plans and to address all their questions and concerns. Katherine believes that a well-informed patient makes for a more relaxed patient. She strives to make every patient's treatment a wonderful experience. Her knowledge and personal touch help make our office more enjoyable. Katherine lives in Edina. She has two adult daughters. In her spare time she enjoys reading, music, theatre, DIY projects around her house and spending time with her grandchildren.

They have three adult children.

New Patient Coordinator

Trudy has been working for us since 2006. Trudy always greets our patients with a warm and friendly hello. When new patients meet Trudy, they know that they are in good hands. She is always ready to help with patients' scheduling needs. Trudy's ability to connect with patients on a personal level helps to alleviate any fears they might have about orthodontic treatment. Trudy lives in Rosemount with her husband, Steve. They have two adult sons. Trudy enjoys attending live theater and has been known to show up in the audiences of the local schools to catch a performance or two! Trudy loves taking frequent trips to Seattle to visit her granddaughter.

Scheduling Coordinator

Julie has been with us since 1994. Her years of experience with our practice help to make our schedule run smoothly. Julie is the creative person behind our contests, which are very popular with our patients. Julie lives in Hopkins with her husband, Tony. They have two sons. On the days Julie is not in the office, she can be found volunteering at her son's schools and helping with their extracurricular activities. She also enjoys reading, cooking and spending time with family and friends.
